Design of the new Jozi Gin in Restaurant and Bar in Cedar Square

Brief:

We were approached to design a striking and colorful, art-deco inspired space for the newest Jozi Gin

The main feature bar was to replicate the opulence of the art-deco era but still remain true to the eclectic industrial look and feel of the brand.



Inspiration:

Drawing inspiration from bars and venues of the time, we added some light industrial touches with rusted steel, 

a striking "fan/clock" feature at the center of the main bar with gorgeous accent lighting to further enhance the attention to detail.



The Result:

Art-deco come warehouse elegance was brought to life with vibrant colours working together

with a mix of classic and modern furniture, finishes and fabrics.
